Catba National Park

A 262 square km within the Biosphere Reserve, Catba national park is one of very rare areas with both terrestrial and marine eco-system. For expedition seekers who look for exotic landscape, the national park features limestone narrow valleys and & rugged hills.

With a rich variety of flora and fauna including deer, civets, black squirrels and the renowned Catba langur, trekkers and hikers in the park will be delighted by the biodiversity along the way. There are 3 main trekking routes – classic one to Ngu Lam summit, 4 hour trek back and forth to Frog Lake and the epic 6 hour trek to Viet Hai village and back to Cat Ba town on a basket boat.
